CRM for moving companies.
A moving company CRM cannot stop at "deal won": it has to reach the job file, the estimate and the invoice. In byMovers the opportunity, the customer and the move live in the same system, so a lead that arrives in the morning can be a job with its stops and inventory before lunch.
Why a generic CRM falls short for a move
A horizontal CRM knows about contacts, companies and deals. It does not know what a stop is, or an inventory room by room, or an international move with storage in between. The result is familiar: the sales rep works the lead in one tool, the office types it again in another to price it, and at month end nobody knows how many requests turned into invoiced moves.
byMovers keeps sales inside the management platform: the record that receives the lead is the one that ends up in the job file.
Leads arrive on their own, wherever they come from
Requests from your website and from the industry's lead providers — Happy to Serve, Movers P.O.E., Quot8, ReloAdvisor and TriGlobal — arrive in byMovers as opportunities, with no copy and paste. They all come in through the same lead capture API: each source has its own form and its own token, which are set up once, on request, and from then on the flow is automatic.
- One source, one form, one token: you always know where each lead came from.
- If the same lead is sent again, it is not duplicated.
- The forms on your own website are built with byWebForms. The technical detail of the API is in integrations.
Every opportunity, with its status and your follow-up
Each opportunity carries its status and, on top of that, a follow-up status you define: "to call", "waiting for a date", "survey booked" or whatever steps your team uses.
And every opportunity, customer and job is assigned to a sales rep. Each rep sees their own, and management sees the whole picture.
From opportunity to job file, in one click
When the opportunity is ready, you approve it with one click and byMovers creates the customer and the job with its stops and inventory, exactly as they arrived in the request. Nothing is typed twice. And if the form has an assigned customer and automatic processing turned on, the opportunity is processed on its own as soon as it arrives.
From there the job follows its course: estimate, planning, move and invoice. How the estimate is built is explained in moving estimate software.
Automatic emails when a lead arrives
Depending on how each form is configured, when a lead comes in byMovers can send:
- A confirmation to the customer, so they know their request has arrived.
- A notice to the company and to the sales rep it is assigned to.
- Conditional rules: different notices depending on what the request says, with the option to hide the customer's details in the notice.
Sent emails are kept in a history, so when a customer says "I never got anything", you can check.
Sales actions, tasks and calendar
In byMovers you plan sales actions per customer and per rep, with reminders by email and in the app itself, and you assign tasks to whoever has to do them.
Each user can connect their Google Calendar or Outlook account: once connected, their actions are sent from byMovers to their calendar. The sync goes in that direction, from byMovers to the calendar; changes made directly in the calendar do not come back to byMovers.
Surveys and video surveys
The home survey is where a move is won. With byVisitors the rep takes the inventory at the customer's home from a phone, and what they record goes into the job. When the trip is not worth it, the video survey is linked to the sales action, in the same customer history.
The funnel, in plain sight
The dashboard shows the whole funnel: opportunities, estimates, accepted estimates and invoiced. And it breaks it down by sales rep and by contact channel, which answers the two questions that matter: who converts, and which lead provider is worth what it costs.
After the move, customer satisfaction surveys (NPS) are sent through a form, so the customer's opinion also stays inside the system.
All in the same ecosystem
Sales shares its data with the rest of the apps: byVisitors for the survey, byWebForms for lead capture, invoicing with VERI*FACTU and TicketBAI. How each piece connects, and which connection is automatic and which is on request, is laid out on the ecosystem map. And in the case studies, moving and removals companies explain how they work with byMovers.
Which plan includes it
Sales management — opportunities, customers, actions and tasks — is part of the platform from the PRO plan (€99/month). PREMIUM (€259/month) adds byVisitors, byUsers and byCompany, with 6 users; ELITE (€450/month) includes one advanced web form. byWebForms forms are a one-off payment, from €100 per form. Frequently asked questions
General questions about plans, data migration and billing are in the FAQ. Here, the ones about the CRM.
Which lead providers are connected?
Happy to Serve, Movers P.O.E., Quot8, ReloAdvisor and TriGlobal. They all come in through the lead capture API, with a form and a token per source set up once on request. Any other source can be connected the same way.
What if a provider sends me the same lead twice?
It is not duplicated: if the same lead is sent again, byMovers does not create a second opportunity.
Do I have to turn each opportunity into a job by hand?
One click approves it, and the customer and the job are created with their stops and inventory. If the form has an assigned customer and automatic processing, not even that.
Does each sales rep see only their own opportunities?
Yes. Opportunities, customers and jobs are assigned to a rep, and each rep sees their own.
Does it sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
Yes, one way: once each user connects their account, their sales actions go from byMovers to their calendar.
Can I measure which lead provider brings me the most moves?
Yes. The dashboard shows the funnel from opportunities to invoiced by contact channel and by sales rep.
