A moving crew app that replaces the paper job sheet
At many moving companies, a crew's day still fits on a paper job sheet that reaches the office whenever it gets there. byOperative puts that day on each crew member's phone: every stop on the job shows up with what they need to get there and do the work, and what happens there is recorded instead of being pieced together from memory the next day. It is the field side of the byMovers platform.
The crew member marks each stop as travelling, working or finished, and every change is logged with its time and GPS location without them having to do anything else. When they finish, the customer signs on the screen; if the customer won't sign, the crew member picks the reason from a list. So for every stop you know when it started, when it ended and how it was closed.

- How to get there and how to work: address, floor, lift, door codes, parking permits, furniture hoist and carrying distance, with one tap to open navigation or call the customer.
- Service documents: delivery notes and documents generated from your templates, signed on the device by the customer and the crew leader, and emailed from the app itself.
- Incidents in full detail: type, vehicle, driver, damage, customer agreement and photos. If a photo fails to upload, it is sent again later.

QR labels anyone can read
Every item on the packing list carries a QR label that can be printed or scanned with the phone's camera. The label is not just for your crew: whoever scans it — the customer unpacking, the team unloading at destination — sees a web page with the company, the reference, the contents and the notes for that box, without installing anything.
