A moving partner network, one connection at a time
When a move is finished by two companies — one loads and the other unloads, one sells and the other delivers — the hard part is not the truck: it is getting both to work from the same data. byShare connects your byMovers with each partner's, one by one.
Both companies need to use byMovers and be signed up to byShare. To connect with a partner you look them up by their tax ID (CIF) from their supplier record in byMovers; they accept or decline the request, and you can resend or archive it. That way the partner is still just another supplier in the platform's supplier module, with their costs inside the job.
For each partner you choose what you send them: general data, inventory, route and the attachments you mark as shared. The customer and transferee details always go, because without them the partner cannot do the job.
What happens when you give them a job
- The job is created in their byMovers, and your cost reaches them as a quote.
- With currency conversion if you work in different currencies.
- If you change or cancel that cost, their quote is updated.
- Their incidents and attachments reach you automatically.
- Their planning for that job appears in your calendar.
- Chat per job, with real-time alerts and read receipts.
The same company can hand jobs to some partners and carry out jobs for others: the one subcontracting the unloading in Montreal can, at the same time, be doing the delivery in Seville for a French partner.
