Someone booking a move doesn't want to sign up for yet another website: they want to know who is looking after them and what is coming next. With byUsers, the private customer logs in with their move's booking reference, without creating a username or password, and sees what is theirs:
- Their coordinator: name, phone and email of the person handling the move.
- The survey visit: date, time and surveyor.
