Price and plans
How much does byMovers cost?
There are three plans: PRO €99/month, PREMIUM €259/month and ELITE €450/month. Annual payment equals twelve months, with no permanent discount, except the 20% first-year promotion, which applies only to the annual plan. Full breakdown in pricing.
What separates one plan from another?
PRO: 2 users and 1 branch. PREMIUM: 6 users, up to 3 branches, and includes byVisitors, byUsers and byCompany. ELITE: 50 users, up to 3 branches, and adds byOperative, byReports and an advanced web form. All three come with the Quick Start Basic pack and 1 TB of storage.
What if I need more users than the plan includes?
Additional users are €49/month each. ELITE has no ceiling: it extends with as many additional users as needed.
Can I add more branches?
Yes, at €49/month per branch, up to six.
Is there anything not charged monthly?
Two things, for good reasons. byVisitors LIVE is charged per survey, from €3 with no monthly fee: four virtual surveys a year means you pay for four. And byWebForms is a one-off from €100 per form, because a form is built once.
Getting started
Is there anything to install?
No. The platform is 100% cloud and runs in any browser. The field apps — byVisitors for surveys and byOperative for crews — are mobile.
Can I bring my current data across?
Every plan includes the Quick Start Basic pack: importing your customer and supplier list, five custom document templates and three hours of online training.
Do you provide training?
Yes, online. Three hours come with the Quick Start Basic pack on any plan, and additional hours are €69/h. There is no on-site rate.
Which languages is the platform available in?
Spanish, English, French and Dutch, and growing. Each user sees it in their own, which matters when a job file is shared between your office, an agent in another country and the customer.
Invoicing and compliance
Does it comply with electronic invoicing in Spain?
Yes: invoicing complies with VERI*FACTU, TicketBAI and Facturae. The declaration of conformity with RD 1007/2023 is published in verifactu.
Does it get along with my accounting software?
It exports to CONTASOL, SAGE, A3, QuickBooks and Xero. Your accountant keeps working with what they already use.
Can I invoice in another currency?
Yes, the platform works with several currencies. The exchange rates are defined and maintained by your company, not a market rate that shifts halfway through a quote. More detail in international moves.
Fit with your company
We are a small company — is this for us?
The PRO plan is meant for exactly that: €99/month, two users and one branch. The modules are the same as in the other plans; what changes are the limits and the included apps.
We have several companies and branches
Multi-branch and multi-tax-ID management is native, with permissions by user level. Each branch sees its own without duplicating database or licence.
We do storage as well as moving
It is part of the platform: containers with dimensions, volume and seal number, warehouse locations and billing runs. Detailed in storage software.
Where do the quotes come in from?
From your website with byWebForms, and from the industry lead sources byMovers is integrated with: Happy to Serve, Movers P.O.E., Quot8, ReloAdvisor and TriGlobal. The opportunity lands in the platform instead of in an email somebody retypes. See integrations and API.
Is there an API to connect our systems?
Yes, a REST API over HTTPS with JSON responses, per-company token authentication and webhooks. Detail in integrations and API.
