A corporate customer portal for moving companies
A corporate customer doesn't book one move with you: they book many over the year — employee relocations, office moves, recurring services — and want to see them all together, not ask you for a summary by email every quarter. byCompany gives them their own access, with a username and password your team creates from their customer record in byMovers, and a single list of every job they have with your company.
That list can be searched, filtered and sorted, and the customer chooses which columns they see and in what order. If dates are what matter, they put loading and unloading first; if they are checking spend, the quoted and invoiced totals. The available columns:
- Job reference and transferee.
- Loading and unloading dates.
- Origin and destination.
- Total quoted and total invoiced.
- Status, move type and service.

The difference is who each one serves. byUsers is for private customers, who log in with their move's booking reference and see that one job; byCompany is for account customers, who see everything they have with you.
