Containers
Management of international containers, contents and cargo consolidation.
Containers, groupage, ports, routes and multi-currency. byMovers is designed for companies that move belongings across borders — not a generic ERP retrofitted to the job.

You won't have to juggle several tools: byMovers covers local service, international service and storage with the same file, the same clients and the same invoicing.
A domestic move is handled by your team. An international one is handled by two or three companies in different countries, in a currency that is not yours, for a customer who is almost never where you are, with a job file that has to survive all of it without splitting into three spreadsheets.
byMovers does not sell "an international module": what it has are the pieces you need when the job does not end in the next province.
The platform works with more than one currency: the company defines the exchange rates it applies, and quotes and invoicing use them. Your exchange policy is what rules, not a market rate that moves on its own halfway through a quote — you maintain the rates, and that is exactly the control a job quoted in one currency and subcontracted in another calls for.
Partners — the company loading in Buenos Aires or delivering in Montreal — are not an email in an inbox: with byShare you share services, quotes, documents and incidents with the network, controlling what you share and with whom. Their costs enter the job file through the suppliers module, so the real margin of an international job shows up in the same place as everything else.
The sales survey is where volume is calculated, and internationally it can almost never be done in person. byVisitors LIVE does that inventory over a video call, guiding the customer with their own phone, charged per survey from €3 with no monthly fee. The volume that comes out of it is what holds up the quote and the container booking.
If the survey can be done at the home, the inventory app captures it, and it works with no coverage.
The platform is available in Spanish, English, French and Dutch, and growing. That is not cosmetic: in an international move the person opening the job file may be your salesperson in Seville, the agent in Amsterdam and the customer in Toronto, and each one sees it in their own language.
The bulk of international business does not come through your website: it comes through the industry platforms. byMovers is integrated with the lead sources you already use — TriGlobal, ReloAdvisor, Movers P.O.E., Happy to Serve and Quot8 — so the opportunity lands in the platform instead of in an email somebody has to retype. Anyone operating abroad ends up with more than one legal entity. Multi-branch and multi-tax-ID management is native, with permissions by user level: each branch sees its own without duplicating the database or the licence.
There is no customs module: job file paperwork is handled with the platform's document and template system. If you need an automated customs procedure, that part is still outside.
No, and that is deliberate: the company defines and maintains them. In an international quote you want the rate you decided to apply, not this morning's.
Yes. byShare shares with the network what you choose to share, and for the rest there are the job file documents and the suppliers module.
Yes: the platform is built for moving, storage and relocation companies, and the job file is the same one.
Whichever fits the job, at the exchange rate the company has defined. Invoicing complies with VERI*FACTU and TicketBAI and exports to your accounting.
