General terms of use
Document establishing the conditions for the web and mobile applications of BLC MOVING TECHNOLOGIC, S.L. (byLogic), located at C/ Arjona 16, local 28-29, 41001, Sevilla.
Modifications: the company reserves the right to modify the conditions in order to comply with current legislation. Changes are published on the website and in the applications, becoming effective immediately. Continued use implies acceptance.
Access: downloading is free except for connection costs. Some services are exclusive to customers with restricted access.
1. Use of the mobile application and its services
The user accepts the use at their own sole risk and/or responsibility and undertakes to use the services in accordance with the law, morality and public order.
Specific prohibitions include:
- Racist, xenophobic, pornographic content or content glorifying terrorism.
- Distribution of viruses or harmful software.
- Unlawful or unauthorized advertising.
- Identity theft by means of registration keys.
- Violations of intellectual property, patents, trademarks or copyright.
- Violations of the secrecy of communications and of personal data.
Intellectual property: byLogic retains all rights over trademarks, design, content and intellectual property. Downloading does not confer any rights over commercial trademarks.
Exclusion of warranties: byLogic does not guarantee the availability of access and continuity of operation, nor does it assume any liability for damages arising from unavailability or technical failures.
2. Privacy policy
Controller: BLC MOVING TECHNOLOGIC, S.L., C/ Almutamid, 6, Edificio Vega 1, Camas, Sevilla.
Purpose: the data requested are necessary to provide the services of the application.
Consent: use implies the processing of personal data in accordance with internal procedures authorized by users.
Protection: the protection of public freedoms and fundamental rights is guaranteed, keeping the most absolute secrecy with regard to the information provided.
Rights: users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by sending an email to info@bylogic.es.
Security: technical and organizational measures have been adopted in accordance with the LOPD and the Regulation on Security Measures.
3. Miscellaneous
Minors: require prior authorization from parents or guardians. Some services are restricted to those over 18 years of age.
Duration: the provision is indefinite. byLogic may terminate, suspend or interrupt the services unilaterally without prior notice.
Jurisdiction: governed by Spanish law, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of Seville.
