The assumption that the mover will only give you names of satisfied customers is not true. When you accept a not-to-exceed estimate, the move is performed at actual weight based on the tariff rate levels, with the binding moving estimate representing the maximum charge that you will have to pay. Be sure to include prescription, vaccination records and eyeglass specifications before your moving. The customer is legally responsible to pay for the move, even when claiming extensive damages. The customer must go through the claims process to receive compensation for any damages. |
