Most states, and especially Florida require that movers carry worker’s compensation insurance. A binding moving estimate means that you are obligated to pay the price set forth in the binding moving estimate even if the shipment weighs more than or less than the estimated amount. If you decide to dispose of items that you don’t need you should either donate them to a charity or consider having a garage sale.
